Sendpository is a software service delivered over the internet. There is nothing to ship, and no physical goods are ever sent.

Nothing is shipped
Sendpository sells access to a transactional email API. There are no physical products, no couriers, no tracking numbers and no delivery addresses. This page exists because payment providers require every merchant to publish a delivery policy - ours is simply that delivery is electronic and immediate.
When access begins
- Your account is created the moment you sign up, and the dashboard is available straight away.
- Confirm your email address to enable sending. The confirmation link arrives within a few minutes.
- On a successful payment, the plan is activated immediately and its quota is available at once. There is no waiting period.
If a payment succeeds but your plan has not activated within a few minutes, write to billing@sendpository.com with the payment reference and we will sort it out.
What you receive
- Access to the dashboard and the API for the plan you bought.
- The monthly sending quota included with that plan.
- A GST tax invoice, emailed to your billing address once payment is confirmed.
Before you can send
Two steps are yours rather than ours, and until both are done the API will refuse to send:
- Confirm the email address on your account.
- Add a domain you control and publish the DNS records we show you. Verification usually completes within minutes of the records propagating, though DNS can take up to 48 hours depending on your provider.
Once a domain is verified, mail is handed to receiving servers within seconds of an API call. When a particular mailbox accepts or files that message is the receiving provider’s decision, not ours - the Terms cover this.
