Is there a free plan?
Yes, a permanent free plan - not a trial. Its monthly and daily limits are shown on this page and come straight from the live plan settings.
What counts toward the quota?
Each email accepted for sending counts once, whether transactional or marketing. Received email doesn't count toward the sending quota.
What happens if I hit my limit?
Further sends are refused with a quota_exceeded error until the next period or an upgrade - you're never charged overage by surprise.
Which currency do you bill in?
Plans are priced in Indian Rupees (INR). Indian customers receive GST-compliant tax invoices.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time from Settings → Plan. Upgrades apply immediately with a pro-rated charge; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.
