All three go to your Developer Rewards email. They never ask for a password, card number or payment.

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
• You must hold a Sendpository account in good standing, used for a real product or project.
• Sendpository staff, contractors and their accounts cannot take part.
• Accounts that were already paying customers before the Programme began are not eligible.

An account earns a reward when all of these are true, in any order:

• A Developer Rewards email has been added to the account and confirmed from the link we send to it.
• The account's first-ever payment has been completed on a paid plan (Pro or above) during the Programme. Starting a checkout, an unpaid or failed invoice, or adding a payment method does not count.
• The account has then stayed in good standing for 7 days (the “validation period”) without any of the events in section 6.

The Programme is running now and has no end date set. The qualifying payment must be made within this period. An account whose validation period is still running when the Programme ends keeps its place.

• The reward is one ₹1,000 Amazon Gift Card per eligible account. Each organisation earns at most one: accounts that share a sending domain (including its subdomains) share one reward, and the first account to become eligible receives it.
• Rewards are limited to the first 2,000 accounts to become eligible, in the order they complete every requirement - not the order they signed up. When the pool is empty, no further rewards are given and the site will say so.
• There is no limit per developer: you may use one Developer Rewards email on several accounts - for example, one per company you build for, each with its own domain - and each can earn a reward.
• The amount and type are fixed when a reward is set aside for you. Later changes to the Programme do not change a reward you already have.
• Rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged, transferred or sold, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so.

• When your reward is ready we email your Developer Rewards email. Claim it from Settings → Rewards.
• We send it only after the qualifying payment is past its 7-day refund window, and normally within 30 days of your claim.
• It is sent only to the confirmed Developer Rewards email. That email is locked once a reward is set aside.
• Gift cards are subject to the issuer's own terms, including where and how long they can be used. We are not responsible for a gift card once it has been delivered to the confirmed address.

• The qualifying payment is refunded, reversed, charged back or credited before the reward is sent: the account is no longer eligible, and any reward set aside is cancelled.
• The subscription is cancelled, or the account is closed or suspended for a breach of our terms, before the reward is set aside: the account is no longer eligible.
• A cancellation is scheduled, an invoice is unpaid, the account moves off a paid plan, or a security review is open during validation: the reward waits until this is resolved.
• A payment refunded or reversed after the gift card was sent may be recovered from you or offset against amounts you owe us.

The Programme is for real developers building on Sendpository. Email aliases (such as name+1@, or dots in a Gmail address) count as the same developer. We may withhold, cancel or recover a reward, and suspend the accounts involved, where we reasonably believe it was obtained improperly - for example accounts created in bulk, self-referral, shared payment details used to multiply rewards, disputed payments, automated or fake sending, or any breach of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy. Our decision on eligibility is final, and you can ask us to review it by writing to billing@sendpository.com.

You are responsible for any tax that applies to a reward you receive. Where the law requires us to deduct or report tax, we may ask for the details needed to do so before sending the reward.

We use your Developer Rewards email and account activity only to run the Programme: to confirm the address, check eligibility, prevent fraud and deliver rewards, as described in our Privacy Policy. Other accounts sharing your Developer Rewards email are shown to you only once you have confirmed it, and only in masked form.

We may change, pause or end the Programme, or these Rewards Terms, at any time by updating this page. A change never takes away a reward that has already been set aside for you.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability in connection with the Programme is limited to the value of the reward concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Rewards Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
